Elmira Little Theatre recieves Grant

Guzman and Mike Lavarnway receive a check for $2,500 from Wal-Mart

On
March 4, 2008, President Mike Lavarnway and board Secretary Anne Guzman
attended a pre-opening reception at the new Wal-Mart Supercenter in
Horseheads, NY. As part of their opening celebration, Wal-Mart
distributed 'Good Works' grants to community organizations. Along with
other worthy causes, ELT received $2,500 which will be used for
building improvements and upkeep to set pieces. ELT recognizes the
generosity of the people at Wal-Mart as they support their local
